PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SCHEDULE AND DAYS STATED DOWN ON THE PRODUCT INFO REFERS TO THE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR PROCESSING AND RELEASING TO THE CHOSEN SHIPPING/COURIER COMPANY. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Our showroom is located at 1470 WDG Bldg. Quezon Ave. Quezon City (Jamie Go Showroom), open 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

Can I return and exchange a product?

Please see our Return and Exchange policy for more information.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We cannot change, cancel or modify a product once order and payment has been confirmed.

Can I have my dress/skirt altered at your showroom?

Length alterations are the only changes we make to our products. Alteration costs vary depending on the product. In order to avail of this service, you may contact us (+63) 917 815 2139 or (+63) 413 8586 to set an appointment at our showroom.

Changes and Cancellations

We cannot change or cancel a product once order and payment has been confirmed.

Returns and Exchanges

We would love you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. However, should you wish to return an item,  please take note:

Merchandise is subject to a return and exchange policy.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise returned in bad condition/different packaging may be refused or a fee may be added.

Return and exchange processing time will vary depending upon the type of product.

Merchandise may only be exchanged for same product, size, and colour.

Shipping charges for the exchanges will be your responsibility to pay.

Please take note, the following products cannot be returned:

1. Items bought on sale

2. Merchandise that has been altered or repaired

For damaged products or item error(item received was not item ordered) please notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment. Please provide us details regarding the the product’s defect, together with your order number. You may get in touch with us at info@coralcouture.ph We will attempt to replace your defective product, depending on the product’s availability. If a replacement cannot be made, you will receive a refund for the product and the shipping fee(s).

Return and Exchange Process

Step 1:

Please contact us at info@coralcouture.ph to inform us of your intention to return and exchange your purchase.

Step 2: 

You will receive an email from us. Please fill out the necessary information required for an efficient return and exchange process. You will receive instructions as to where to ship your return. For your safety, please ship back your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, like LBC, Xend, or GrabExpress. We will not guarantee refunds for damaged/error returns sent through non-traceable services.

Step 3:

Once we receive your return, an email confirmation will be sent to you, together with the estimate for the processing time.  The processing time of return and exchanges varies depending per product. You will be informed as soon as the product is ready to be shipped out to you.
